Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Nalytics you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including workspace owners, administrators, and any visitors whose pages are tracked via the Nalytics embed.

Nalytics is a Notion integration that provides page analytics and reader feedback through an embeddable widget. The service tracks page views, visitor counts, and anonymous reader reactions on Notion pages that you explicitly enable for tracking. Nalytics does not read, store, or process the content of your Notion pages beyond the page title and URL needed to identify the page in reports.

Nalytics integrates with Notion via OAuth and the Notion API. By using Nalytics you agree to comply with Notion’s API Terms of Service and Notion’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You may only connect a Notion workspace that you own or are authorized to administer. Nalytics will request only the minimum OAuth scopes required to list and identify pages. We do not use the Notion connection for any purpose beyond what is described in this document and our Privacy Policy.

You may use Nalytics to:

• Track Notion pages that belong to you or that you are authorized to instrument on behalf of your organization.
• View analytics reports within your own workspace.
• Embed the Nalytics feedback widget into Notion pages you control.

You may not use Nalytics to:

• Track Notion pages without the knowledge or authorization of the workspace owner.
• Attempt to access, extract, or interfere with data belonging to other users or workspaces.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law, including data protection regulations.
• Abuse, scrape, or overload API endpoints or the ingest pipeline.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at support@nalytics.live. Free plans support a single workspace; paid plans may support additional workspaces as described in your current plan.

By enabling tracking on a Notion page, you authorize Nalytics to collect anonymous analytics events from visitors to that page. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to collect analytics data from visitors under applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and ePrivacy regulations for your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your visitors).
• Providing appropriate notice to page visitors that analytics tracking is active, where required by law.
• Obtaining any required consent from visitors before enabling tracking.

Nalytics processes only anonymous visitor events and does not provide tools to identify individual visitors. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of data collected.

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Charges follow the selected plan and billing interval (monthly or annual). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law. Nalytics reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Nalytics and its underlying software, design, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership right in the service.

You retain ownership of your Notion workspace content. By connecting your Notion workspace, you grant Nalytics a limited, non-exclusive license to access the metadata necessary to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nalytics does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or $50 USD.

Nalytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile from the Profile page in the product. Upon termination, your workspace data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Nalytics operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users by email.
